REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

We offer a repair and maintenance service for all your EPOS and barcode equipment, hand held terminals and IT hardware for all major brands.

We carry a large range of parts in stock to minimise disruption to your business, this allows us to get your products repaired and returned to you within 7 days. If required, we offer rental replacements while your equipment is with us. We have the flexibility to manage both ad-hoc and contract volume repairs.

Our experienced technicians carry out assessments using approved diagnostic tools to diagnose even the most elusive EPOS faults. Repairs are completed using original manufacturer approved parts and all products are soak tested prior to being returned.

Regular maintenance will often diagnose any faults before they get worse. We offer complete, maintenance contracts for all major brands to ensure that your equipment remains in top condition with optimal performance at all times.
