Our aim at Ecom Management is to help you to manage the life span of your IT assets, to make sure that they are maintained and used effectively and when they are no longer required, to make sure that they are disposed of in a secure and compliant manner, where possible re-using and redeploying parts and even entire units.

We offer an asset audit service where we create a complete inventory of both hardware and software and track the usage within your business. This process allows us to identify areas of weakness and areas of over subscription and we will make recommendations of best practices to strengthen your asset chain for maximum productivity.

Based on our audit and recommendations, we create a plan of action which may include the following:

• Buy back of unused equipment
• Refurbishment of items to bring them up to specification for your needs
• Software upgrades and re-configuration
• Recommendation and sourcing of new and bespoke equipment
• Bringing licences and other compliance up to date
• Adding security profiles to protect your assets
